Our business model has hit bulls eye in the market, which means that the funding-applicants now sign up faster than we are able to expedite them.

The problem in short; we need more competent hands to handle the growth pressure.

We are funding ecommerce entrepreneurs without taking equity

Ecommerce is booming. However, many players are still faced with two fundamental challenges – Accessing capital and strategically investing into growth.

MXNEY uses live data insights to solve these challenges and provide ecommerce businesses with the ability and confidence to spend for growth through financing and dedicated growth support.

We are a venture-backed startup that is passionate about helping ecommerce entrepreneurs succeed. You'll be joining a fast-paced and collaborative team environment that is facing many exciting opportunities as we scale our business.

What will you do?

As Head of Talent, you will be the key person for further expanding our team of crazy entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, and you will be heading onboarding of new hires. We are thinking global and all areas of our business, and thus, you will hire talent from all over the globe.

For instance, we have a team of 6 people in the Philippines, 5 in Ukraine and 12 in Denmark. We are further hiring 10 new team mates to the philippine team.

On a daily basis you can expect to:

  1. Strategize and structure our organizational setup (what department makes sense to have in what country, etc)
  2. Manage recruitment processes from making a job post to signing the employment contract
  3. Employer branding (video content, blogging, employee success cases, more)
  4. Cold outreach on LinkedIn to interesting candidates

You will take part in the Group Management of MXNEY.io and parttake in all relevant management meetings.


  1. Currently pursuing a Masters degree on CBS or similar
  2. Have high ambition and are willing to work hard to get there
  3. Have excellent presentation and verbal skills
  4. Can productively balance autonomy and task commitments
  5. Have a genuine interest in building strong teams
